Firmware Updates - ANT + Only Power Meters
Firmware Updates - ANT + / BLE Power Meters
Click here to get the Android App for Tempo Dual Mode Power Meter. Only available for models that have "Dual Mode" on the case label. This app will allow you to update the firmware, adjust the power, calibrate, and view battery status.
Click here to get iOS DFU application. This is used to update Tempo using an iOS device.

Android Firmware update
Read all instructions first
1. Download the latest firmware to your device from here (TEMPO_XXX.zip).
2. Open Tempo App.
3. Click on DFU. If you don't have Nordic NRF Toolbox, click on Get NRF Toolbox to install it.
4. Open ToolBox and click on Device Firmware Update. Install if necessary
5. Click on Start
6. Select File. Go into My Files folder to find it.
7. Select the enclosed file named TEMPO_XXX.zip. Click Done.
8. Move power meter to turn on.
9. Click on Device to select Device.
10. Click on Tempo Power
11. Click Start to Update.
IOS Firmware update
Read all instructions first
1. Download the latest firmware to your device from here (TEMPO_XXX.zip).
2. Download and install NRF DFU from here.
3. Open DFU app and allow Bluetooth connections.
4. Scroll down and click on start if necessary.
5. Click on Select next to File to select the new firmware downloaded in step 1.
6. Select the TEMPO_XXX.zip file downloaded from step 1.
7. Move power meter to turn on.
8. Click on Device to select Device.
9. Click on Tempo Power
10. Click Upload to begin the Update.
Tempo Power Meter does not show up when pairing to Bluetooth

The unit has reverted to ant+ only to save battery - Allow the unit to be motionless for four minutes, so that it shuts off. Once you move it again, it will turn on and go into the BLE pairing mode for another five minutes.

Unit is paired to the Tempo app - Open the Tempo app and disconnect the power meter from the app.
